What methods of payment are accepted in your shop?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, JCB, and Diner's Club.
When will my card/account be charged?
You will immediately receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and then you will see a charge on your account within 1 day of your order submission.
How do I know what size to choose?
Please refer to each item's size chart and description. Sizing may vary by brand, so it's always a good idea to double check before ordering.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is easy! All you have to do is browse our site full of fun, whimsyful content, add your favorite items to your cart, and checkout by clicking the cart icon in the top right of your page. In your cart you can review, make changes, and add any promo codes or coupons you might have. Once you are ready to buy, simply click the “check out” button and follow the instructions.
What if I need to change the shipping address after placing my order?
You can change your shipping details before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service ASAP at email@example.com and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. However, once the order is shipped, no modifications can be made.
Once I have placed my order, can I cancel it?
If your order has been placed and your order status is still "processing", please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel. If your order status is "shipped", your order can not be cancelled. If you need any help with returning an item, please refer to the returns page.
How do I track my shipment?
Once the package has shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain our tracking number or a "track your package button" to track your package. Be sure to check your spam filter if you by chance don't see an email from us within a week. If you need further help tracking your order, feel free to email us at email@example.com

How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery times vary depending on your order. We search high and low to find the best items at the best prices. Because of that, we receive stock from different suppliers at different times and we mail your items when they arrive to get them to you as soon as possible! You may receive several packages at different times, but almost all orders deliver within 14- 28 days and shipping, as always, is free! You'll get a Whimsyful email when your item has been shipped!

What items are returnable?
For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for store credit within 15 days of receiving it. Items that are not eligible for return are:
-Free gifts or promotional items
-Sale, Discounted or Clearance items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent with the original packaging with tags still attached.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer- follow the instructions on the returns page and mail to our address.
How can I unsubscribe from your emails?
If you no longer want to subscribe to our promotional emails and newsletters, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails. It can take several days for the change to take effect, but it will! If you later change your mind and decide you do want to receive our emails again, just resubscribe on our homepage!
How do we protect your information?
We are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We are very serious about making you feel safe shopping with us.
Furthermore, we never store your payment information in our system. All your private payment information is directly passed to and stored in your bank or PayPal’s cloud system.
A significant amount of time and money has been invested into making sure our page is PCI compliant and our shopping cart software is secure.
