How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for store credit within 15 days of receiving it. Items that are not eligible for return are:
-Free gifts or promotional items
-Sale, Discounted or Clearance items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. In order for you to receive your store credit, you must upload the tracking information into the Returns Center. You MUST include the RMA number in your return package or you will not be issued store credit. If you are approved then you will be issued a gift card via email for the amount specifed within 10 business days. If you did not upload the tracking information of your return into the Return Center, you will not be eligible for store credit.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no restocking fees for returned items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
If you exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is your exchange policy?
Currently we are not able to offer exchanges for any shipped items. If you want a different size, different color, or different item, please place a new order and return previous item.
